How long does it take to sand a floor with a floor sander?

Depending on the size of the room and how many times you want to go over the wood, it should take roughly 5 hours to sand a standard room in 3 sanding passes.

What kind of nail gun do I need for small projects?

1st fix nail guns use larger nails and are ideally used on thick timber or joists. 2nd fix nail guns are perfect for common DIY projects, such as framing doors, installing skirting boards and many other woodworking tasks.
