If you are doing a significant project, Bradfords account managers are there to look after you through your project, proactively engaging with you to ensure that you get what you need when you need it, liaising with suppliers, providing advice on solutions, and working with you to resolve any issues during the project. Expect regular site visits from them to check that all’s running to plan and to help identify any areas where a little extra support around the materials and products you need is required.
Of course, if your project is smaller, we aim to give the same great service from our local branch teams. They are there to provide the same level of service whatever the size and type of project you’re undertaking.
