Makita DUR181Z 18V Line Trimmer Body Only

The DUR181 string trimmer has been developed as a lightweight 260mm (10-1/4") cordless grass trimmer. Featuring a well balanced tool design with an angle adjustable cutting head for home gardening, the 180 degree turning head allows the trimmer to convert to an edger with a 260mm cutting width. Suitable for residential areas and public spaces, powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included), to deliver up to 7,800 rpm for faster cutting.

Features & Benefits:
Well balanced tool design - The battery position is located under the main handle, exactly at the pivot point when the tool is swung like a pendulum for grass cutting. The battery is therefore not swung around to minimize user's fatigue.
Easy to change spool assembly - Nylon cord can be fed from the spool by bumping the metal bump feed button against the ground. This mechanism makes it easy to attach and rewind.
5 position adjustable pivoting head enables user to adjust cutting angle, allowing for trimming in tight spaces.
Battery capacity warning lamp alerts the user when the battery is running low or empty and automatically stops the motor to notify the user when the battery requires recharging.
Adjustable loop-handle can be adjusted according to user's height and working posture.
Built in lock off lever
