The DTD154Z is a compact, 117mm in length cordless Impact Driver, powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 18V brushless motor, with variable speed controlled by trigger, to deliver up to 3,800 ipm, 3,600 rpm and 175 Nm maximum fastening torque for a wide range of applications.
It is equipped with forward and reverse rotation, LED job light to illuminate the work area, electric brake for increased operator safety and convenient one touch hex chuck for quick and easy bit installations and removals.
Features electronic 3 stage impact power selection for hard, medium and soft for precise fastening control for a wide range of applications and T-Mode; tightening mode for self-drilling screws to reduce rotation and impact speed prior to driving the screw into place to minimise screw thread stripping, screw breaking and damaging the work.
It has an aluminium hammer case for increased durability and is equipped with battery protection circuit designed to protect the battery from damages due to overheating, over-discharge and overload current. Maximum standard bolt capacity M5 to M16, a high tensile bolt capacity M5 to M14, a machine screw capacity M4 to M8 and coarse thread (length) 22mm to 125mm. This driver is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
