Bradfords Building Supplies Ltd is a leading independent builders’ merchant based across the South West of England. Our 7 Kitchen & Bathroom Showrooms are located within our branches, each showcasing a select variety of our great up-to-date market brands. We currently have 7 Kitchen and Bathroom showrooms located within our branches, with St Austell opening and becoming our 8th!

Our branch in St Austell is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join the team and to build a Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom into the branch and build on the success they already have!

You will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills which will enable you to motivate and develop your team through coaching, developing and performance management. You must also have excellent customer service skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers! You will demonstrate a professional ability to interpret and analyse financial and statistical information and data. You will also need to demonstrate that you have the capability to manage people and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst at the same time driving sales and maximising the branch's profitability.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar role! You will also have experience of designing kitchens and bathrooms and have strong product knowledge! You must also hold a valid UK driving licence as the successful candidate will be required to complete site/customer visits.
