As our business grows, we are looking to grow our Ecommerce Team and we now have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Pricing & Stock Administrator. Reporting directly to the Marketplace Manager, this role primarily involves the maintenance and development of our online marketplace channels.

Some of the key responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Listing new products
  • Competitor research and price changes
  • Identifying new product opportunities
  • Liaising with our marketplace partners (e.g. Amazon & Ebay) on seasonal promotions and account performance
  • Improving existing product listings by reviewing descriptions and imagery

Experience working with eCommerce or marketplaces is desired but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong Microsoft Excel skills, who is highly organised and enjoys working with data. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be equally comfortable working autonomously, Most important is that you have a positive can-do attitude with the drive and enthusiasm to get the job done.

As our business grows, we are looking to grow our Ecommerce Team and we now have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Marketplace Executive.  Reporting directly to the Marketplace Manager, this role primarily involves the maintenance and development of our online marketplace channels.

You will be responsible for all aspects of marketplace sales, from listing products to the annual sales forecasts. There is a small distribution centre full of stock and a wealth of opportunity to develop sales.

Some of the key responsibilities in the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitor pricing against competitors and set pricing rules to combat market fluctuations
  • Add new products at competitive prices while retaining suitable margin
  • Seek new opportunities, run trial periods and liaise with the category team to source popular products at competitive cost prices based on forecasted sales
  • Responsible for achieving budgeted monthly sales from Amazon and Ebay channels
  • Add additional Marketplaces to Linnworks
  • Run seasonal and stock dependent Pay Per Click campaigns
  • Investigate Amazon’s different distribution options (MFN, FBA, SFP) to save costs and increase offering
  • Ensure the highest standard of product data

We are looking for someone with experience of managing marketplace channels, who is highly organised and very detail conscious; able ensure information provided is right first time.  You will have experience of Excel working at Intermediate to Advanced level.  You will enjoy working as part of a team and be equally comfortable working autonomously, Most important is that you have a positive can-do attitude with the drive and enthusiasm to get the job done.
