Jointing Compound
Jointing compound is used to help finish internal walls and ceilings. It is used on plasterboard and covers joints, seams, and imperfections. It is available ready-mixed or as a powder which needs mixing with water before use.
It is ideal for smoothing all joints, including where panels butt together and corner joints. It can be used on both inside and outside corner joints. It is usual to use multiple coats of jointing compound. Once it has dried, it will need sanding to achieve a perfect finish.
