Tanking Membranes

Tanking membranes are waterproofing materials or systems used to waterproof the inside of a building.  They are mainly used to create a barrier against water in underground structures like basements and cellars.  

Sheet membranes are usually manufactured from materials like bitumen, rubber, PVC, or high-density polythene (HDPE).  Liquid membranes are coatings that are applied directly to the substrate to form a seamless barrier once they are cured.
