1. Giveaway is open to Bradvantage members only.
2. Spend £200 ex VAT or more on one order in the month of May to qualify.
3. Promotion runs from 1st to 31st May 2023.
4. Winners will be selected at random.
5. Three winners will be picked at random at our discretion and contacted by their local branch week commencing 5th June 2023 via the email or phone number provided on their Bradvantage accounts.
6. Accepting the prize means the winners must participate in a photo which will be used for Marketing and internal purposes.
7. Should a winner be deemed uncontactable within 4 days of the giveaway ending, the prize will lapse, and we reserve the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.
8. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.

12. Bradfords will not be liable where a prize has been lost, damaged or stolen following delivery and such prize will not be replaced.
13. Bradfords cannot be held responsible and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law accepts no liability for any prizes that are defective in any way or do not meet your expectations or requirements.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Employees of the Promoter, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent, subsidiary and/or affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any typographical or other error or omission in any printed material in relation to the Promotion.
19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising out of participation in the Promotion.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraud.
