Sales Development Manager, St Austell

We now have a vacancy for a Sales Development Manager, supporting our branch in St Austell.  In this external sales role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, calling on sites and customers.  Through reports and analysis, you will regularly review customer and product performance to maximise sales and profitability.  Working closely with the sales and branch teams, you will play a key part in helping to achieve budget and targets.

As well as a proven track record in sales, experience of the builder’s merchant industry and knowledge of building products are key requirements.   This may be a great opportunity for you to move into an external sales role as you develop your career path.  Alternatively, you may already be in a similar role and are now looking for a fresh challenge.  If you are self-motivated, passionate about customer service, able to drive sales, identify new business opportunities as well as influence and negotiate with confidence, then this might be the role for you.
