What are we looking for?

Our branch in Dorchester is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, maximize margins and profitability, control costs and identify new opportunities.

 

This is a core business role, operating at the heart of the branch, ensuring that we operate in a safe environment at all times and that our customers receive outstanding levels of service.  As a Branch Manager, you will need to deliver against a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising profitability.

 

Who are we looking for?

As a leader with a strong sales background and the ability to build great customer relationships, you must be a confident decision maker who can communicate effectively at all levels.  You will also be able to interpret and analyse financial and statistical information and data and ensure that a culture of safety is maintained across the branch and your team. 

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role including extensive knowledge of our product range and our suppliers.
