· This promotion is open to all customers (account and non-account).

· This promotion is a showroom only promotion and will run from Tuesday 3rd January to Tuesday 28th Feb 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

· To qualify for the discounted values orders must be placed during the “Promotion Period” and goods must be collected / delivered by 31st March 2023. The only exceptions to this are where manufacturing lead times or stock availability exceed this date where exceptions will be made.

· All discounts stated will be off the manufacturer’s recommended retail price inclusive of VAT in their latest brochure or official website prices inc vat.

The “Big Bradfords Showroom Up to 40% off Bathroom Sale” Offers :

· A 40% discount will be applied to all Merlyn Shower cubicles.

· A 40% discount will be applied to all sanitaryware (basins, pedestals and toilets) from Eastbrook, Roper Rhodes, Tavistock and Bradfords Bathroom Collection catalogues

· A 40% discount will be applied to all bathroom accessories in the Eastbrook, Tavistock and Vado catalogues

· A 30% discount will be applied to all showering products (shower heads, slide rail kits, fixed heads, shower systems) in the Eastbrook, Tavistock,Vado and Bradfords Bathroom Collection catalogues

Manufacturers and products that are EXCLUDED from the Big Bradfords Bathroom Sale and will not be discounted are as follows:

· Aqualisa, Geberit, Matki, Mira, PJH, Simpsons and Triton. Shower trays / frames, bath and basin wastes, toilet seats, shroud kits, basin fixings, radiator valves, pumps,hoses, fans, lighting, concealed cisterns.

Please note all the kitchen and appliance sale offers listed below only apply when you buy 5 or more kitchen units in conjunction with purchases of other items on offer.

· A 40% discount will be applied to all fully built kitchen units, feature wall units, base units, Kitchen plinths, fascia’s, cornices, trims, panels,pelmets and Symphony own brand worktops in the Bradfords Kitchen and Symphony Kitchens brochures except for the “Linear Range” of units which will attract a 30% discount

· A 40% discount will be applied to all flat pack kitchen units shown in the Bradfords Trade Kitchens brochure.

· A 15% discount off all tiles from CTD and Walls and Floors.

· A maximum of 10% discount will be applied to Kitchen Products within the Bradfords Kitchen & Bathroom Accessories Brochure, The BIG Yellow Book against the printed selling prices.

The 20% off Caple ovens, kitchen sinks, kitchen taps and kitchen appliances included in this promotion:

· A 20% discount will be applied to all Caple ovens, appliances, kitchen sinks, kitchen taps on any kitchen orders that include 5 kitchen units or more on the order. Orders must be placed by 28th Feb 2023 with delivery taken by 30th April 2023 to qualfy for the 20% discount.

The Following Items are EXCLUDED from the Kitchen Sale Promotion and will not be discounted:

· All non-Symphony kitchen work tops e.g. granite, quartz and composite worktops.

· Glass or acrylic splashbacks, lighting, all types of flooring other than tiles, general plumbing and kitchen fittings, water softeners, paints, sealants and adhesives.

· Delivery charges and Bradfords installation service costs are excluded from all promotions listed above.
