1st January 2008 BIBIC - Bradfords Charity of the Year 2008
Each year Bradfords selects a Charity and Staff organise various events to raise funds. In 2008 we will be supporting BIBIC.
BIBIC offers practical help to families caring for children with sensory, motor, communication, social or learning difficulties caused by conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, developmental delay, traumatic brain injury and specific learning difficulties such as attention deficits hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia and dyspraxia.
As a non-government funded organisation, BIBIC’s relies on supporters to help bring in vital funds, which allows the charity to directly help children and their families by supplying bursaries to those on a low income or who are in receipt of benefits. BIBIC undertakes to raise these funds through a variety of methods. No child is ever turned away for financial reasons. It is BIBIC’s belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their maximum potential and achieve the best they can in their lives.
