Support We Provide To the Self-Builder
- Pre-project Planning - We are happy to discuss your proposals prior to engaging an Architect and offer advice on the material specification.
- Materials Scheduling – Once your plans have been drawn up we will provide a materials “take-off” showing the quantities required of the main building materials and list them according to the major stages of construction.
- Itemised Quotations – we will provide you with a free quotation detailing the cost of the materials.
- Monthly Account Facilities – A monthly account facility is available subject to status.
- Technical Support – We provide technical support where required and one of our experienced Sales Executives will visit site as required.
- We provide a CAD planning service for Kitchens and Bathrooms.
- Deliveries on crane off load vehicles.
