Yeovil Branch Open as Normal

Bradfords Building Supplies will remain open as usual during planned works at Horsey Roundabout. The LYSANDER ROAD ENTRANCE will be unaffected, providing access to all Bradfords customers. If you require access to Bradfords via the HENDFORD HILL ENTRANCE, we suggest coming along West Coker Road, across the Quicksilver Mail Roundabout and down Hendford Hill. However, you will not be able to turn left onto Hendford Hill when exiting the branch - please see map above for alternative routes.

Yeovil Branch Alternative Map

Somerset County Council are carrying out Highway Maintenance work on Horsey Roundabout, by the Police station in Yeovil. The work will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2015 and is scheduled to last for three months. The planned work will see an upgrade of the Horsey Roundabout, improving facilities for pedestrians and cyclists to help prevent unnecessary delays to traffic and increase the capacity of the junction.

The Horsey roundabout will remain open and traffic will be able to travel from Queensway, round the roundabout, and onto Lysander Road. However, access from Horsey Roundabout onto and from Hendford Hill will be prohibited.

We would like to apologise for the short term disruption and inconvenience. We will continue to update you on any developments relating to the project.

We would like to stress that Bradfords will be OPEN AS USUAL AND THAT SERVICES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us in branch, or give us a call on 01935 423311. More information about the planned work can be found on Somerset County Councils website:

We thank you for your patience during this time.
