Specials Procurement Manager – Yeovil

throughout the South West, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire
and a turnover in excess of £90m.
have an exciting new opportunity for a Specials Procurement Manager to join a
new team based in Yeovil, Somerset.
What will I be responsible
With your team, you will be responsible for managing
the efficient processing of all special stock orders from all branches across
our network of branches. To source
correctly and efficiently, driving margin improvement through market/customer
knowledge and superb customer service.
What skills are we
A high level of numeracy and literacy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, drive efficiency,
compliance and results
A great communicator with the ability to present to Area teams on
specials procurement and processes
Ability to build strong relationships with all branches and sales
Knowledge of Building materials and products is essential
Great working relationship and knowledge of suppliers
Competent to an intermediate level in Excel, Word and Outlook office
applications, or equivalent.
Full UK driving license
Willingness to travel to all locations, as required by the business
