This is a varied
role working across the branch, the main responsibility will be required to
support the branch to ensure the
efficient processing of all branch based administration procedures,
specifically related to; Customer service, Health & Safety, Operations,
Security and Materials.
In this varied role you
will also be required to work on the trade counter, within our sales office and
out in our yard, as the needs of the business dictate, serving customers
promptly and in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
You will have previous
experience in a busy Administration role, with excellent organisational and
time management skills. You will be competent in excel, Word and Outlook office
applications and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. Knowledge
of both timber and building materials would be advantageous, as would previous
experience of working within a builders’ merchant environment but not essential.
